If you receive any marketing materials from me at all, you will understand why I am so excited to bring 48 William Street to the market. In this case, this quaint ranch is in a price point that seriously lacks quality options, and 48 William Street has it all!
When you drive up, the home immediately captures the eye, because of the mature, yet well-maintained trees in the front yard, lending a picturesque setting to this home. The driveway accommodates many cars, possibly upwards of 6, not including the 1-car attached garage. The yard appears flat, and there are additional plantings in the front of the home.

Upon entering the front door, you enter into a large living room, complete with a wood fireplace centered ideally, and notice hardwood floors throughout the home, incredibly well-maintained. There is a large bay window in this room, giving immense natural light during the day, saving electricity for the lights you won’t need to have on. 
The living room opens up into the dining room, and ultimately the kitchen. The dining room comfortably seats many, and also has access to both the garage, as well as the back deck, patio, and the yard. The kitchen is optimally functional, and has plenty of cabinets and counter space. Though not brand new, today’s buyer can make (currently unnecessary) updates little-by-little, otherwise can continue to use the kitchen as intended for many years to come.

Before we go outside, we go back into the living room and check on the bedrooms, listed as 2, but possibly 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a laundry room, accessible for an older buyer or someone that does not like stairs. But, a savvy/visionary buyer can see this space as the third bedroom, if needed, or as an office/den. The other two bedrooms are about the same size, and also feature hardwood floors. They are all in great shape. The main full bathroom is updated, and needs no work. It is functional, and beautiful.

As you step outside onto the deck from the dining room, you notice the semi-private yard, awaiting your parties and entertainment. What really sets this apart, is the level, large lot, perfect for all the games you can imagine. The shed stores the tools, and the back of home accesses the dry, basement, perfect for storage.
​The potential in this home is endless. This home is perfectly suited for today’s buyer, but has enough space to go up, or build out, when the time comes. Even more immediate, is the possibility to build a staircase to connect the home to the basement, at a likely-reasonable cost. You can also convert that laundry room into a bedroom, and bring the laundry into the basement.
​Whatever the case, this home won’t last long, given the quality, condition, and layout – but most importantly, the price point and the lot/location. Come check out 48 William Street in Norwalk today!

In a market that is absent of homes in this sub-$400,000 price category, listing a gem like 128 Old Belden Hill Road in Norwalk hits the right notes with buyers. Despite only having 2 bedrooms, this ranch is still large - and there is no absence of character.
​Upon entering the driveway, even though it is shared, there is still so much privacy. Suited for someone interested in the quiet of the woods, with close proximity to shopping/restaurants, you get the best of both worlds. I needn't mention that this is located on the Wilton border, making the neighborhood all the more desirable.

After entering the front door of the home, getting past the yard and future plantings of your choice, you get into a small foyer, that leads to a small bonus room on the right, or a grand living room on the left. There are hardwood floors throughout most of this ranch, but the fireplace at the center of this room, one of three, is certainly the star. The room features cathedral ceilings as well as plenty of built-in nooks, and feels homey, but its over-sized layout lends to other purposes, besides curling up on the couch in front of a fire that would likely heat the whole house - since this is smack in the center of the home.
Entering through one doorway, leads to the kitchen, with eat-in-space for a table, and good size for future updates. It has plenty of windows all around, and plenty of cabinets and countertops. With views of the yard and nature, this might be where you spend most of your time - it certainly would be for me.
Connected to that room, and the living room, is another den, with many windows as well. There is also access to the basement, and the back patio, from this room. But again, with cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, and another fireplace (the back of the living room fireplace), you have yet another room to enjoy while comfortable, or while entertaining. With access to the large back patio, you are in great shape for a gathering of friends in front of the party or for a summertime barbecue.

Back through the living room, and into the bedrooms, there are two large bedrooms, with a full bathroom in between, also easily accessible to guests. The rooms are consistent sizes, and both have hardwood floors which shine!

The basement should not be overlooked - with plenty of space to finish, and our last fireplace, this space could add another 500 or so square feet to your entertaining/living space. It also has some infrastructure for an additional half or full bath (with city's permission). This leads to a one car, attached garage, with bonus space for a large workshop.
In essence, you get this beautiful, character-rich home, with plenty of space tucked on a lot near everything you might want or need. All of this, under $400,000 in Norwalk, and it is sure to go quickly!

There is something special about a home with a combination of move-in ready updates, and a location that makes it ideal for commuting to NYC, all under $350,000 - 51 Bayview Avenue fits the bill.

When you enter the home, you are immediately welcomed into a foyer, with nice updates. The 4-inch real-wood bench lends a level of character to this space that makes it a perfect mud-room. Inside the home, you enter a hallway and go right into the living room, with a gas fireplace and hardwood floors. The newly painted space, updated light fixtures/ceiling fan, and more make this cozy room ideal for lazy-Sundays.

Next you enter into the gourmet and modern kitchen. Updated less than two years ago, the kitchen is oversized, with no lack of space to maneuver. There are stainless steel appliances, a French farmhouse, double sink, that is also deep, and room for a table or additional counter space. The substantial Corian counter-tops and abundant cabinet space make the kitchen perfect for the home chef. You can access the back parking space, off street parking, or plenty of space for a barbecue during the summers.

The first full bath is also contained on this level, through the kitchen. While entertaining, this makes it convenient for guests, and provides privacy for your space. The quick access to downtown SONO rounds off this excellent location. Despite this convenience, 51 Bayview is still located in a residential area, near parks and more. 

51 Bayview Avenue in Norwalk is a home priced to sell, and a value unseen in Norwalk. A future buyer gets a move-in ready home, with 3 beds, 2 baths, off street parking, and plenty of space for entertaining, storage, and more. Tell your friends and family about this one, before it leaves the market.

In a market of similar 2 bedroom homes in Norwalk, Eclipse really stands out. Upon entering the front 3-season porch and sun-room, you already appreciate the charm of the home. This comfortable inside/outside space has many windows, allowing for the breeze of the summer days to come naturally chill the days/evenings.

Into the home, you enter into the living room, with hardwood floors into the open kitchen space - and boy are they beautiful. There is a formal dining room, that combines well with the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well-maintained, and recently updated. It has lots of extra cabinet and counter space, as well as all the appliances you need, including dishwasher. There is also a cooler for wine, a bonus for those who appreciate a cool wine on a warm summer evening. The cabinets are Craftmade, and of the best quality, and it really shows.

The two bedrooms are through a hallway directly from the dining room, with the kitchen right at the center, allowing guests to have easy-access. On either side are the bedrooms, both with hardwood floors, and of good size for such a quaint home. As you go through this space, you notice character everywhere, from the trim and moldings indicative of the early 1900 construction in Norwalk, and the curved entrances into certain rooms.

The real potential value here is located in the attic space, just a walk up from the dining room. With some imagination, this space can be converted to additional living space.
Rounding off a perfect home for first-time homebuyer, the full unfinished basement, and 1 car detached garage round off a home worth taking a look at.
All of this, is located within walking distance of parks, schools, transportation, and some of my favorite restaurants in town. You can't beat this location!

This well-maintained home needs no work, unless you have the vision to expand it upwards - possible thanks to walk-up attic space. Otherwise, what you get is a great home, perfect for those looking to test the Norwalk area, or for the investor looking for a small property to start your fortune. However you ultimately use it, it is a space worth seeing!
