Joe's patience and tenacity helped us endure a lengthy wait during the probate process at our father's house. The house was in need of many updates and repairs, and Joe always supplied us with qualified contractors. Since we each live more than 5 hours away, Joe dealt with the contractors, including contacting and giving them access to the premises. He was completely reliable.
